PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Associate, to be part of the Product Development team, and will relocate to Athens, Greece . They will be helping in developing the best Learning Products, Services and Experiences, in any type and format (including text, video)!
You will work with proprietary content and be part of creating history for global best practice products such as ITIL, PRINCE2 and DevOps.
What we look for:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign: Mastery of layout design, typography, and other elements specific to publishing educational content
- Familiarity with Educational Theory/eLearning/Learning Management Systems: Understanding of pedagogical approaches, learning objectives, and learner psychology to design effective educational materials.
- UX/UI Design Skills: Ability to design interfaces that are intuitive and learner-friendly
- Content Development: Proficiency in creating assets like official books, official training materials, and related digital content such as booklets, pocket guides, reports, infographics, interactive elements, and other educational materials
- Version Control: Skill in using software/tools to manage different versions of design projects
- Cross-Platform Design: Ability to design for various media and platforms (visual/audio format for web, mobile, and print)
- Data-Driven Design: Ability to analyze user interaction data to continuously improve the effectiveness of educational materials
- 5+ years graphic designing experience, supported by a strong portfolio of illustrations/graphics, with learning products
- Excellent InDesign skills, with automation understanding (vs doing tasks manually)
- Experience with Articulate tool
- Video editing and DTP skills, ideally with eLearning
- Experience with other tools, such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, is considered a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills, customer-focused mentality

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK
