Job Description
We’re seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Lead Developer / Architect to take ownership of designing and developing robust, scalable web applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in code, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to influence both architecture and implementation across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack web applications using .NET (Core/8), Entity Framework, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across both backend and frontend components.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and the adoption of engineering best practices.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
- Build distributed, message-driven systems using tools such as NServiceBus or MassTransit.
- Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Work in a cloud-first environment, preferably with Microsoft Azure (AWS experience is also relevant).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in .NET web development, including backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Material UI, Vue, or Nuxt.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and message queues.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, especially around CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with cloud services, ideally Microsoft Azure.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in mobile development using MAUI or Xamarin.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, or event sourcing.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Prometheus, or Grafana. Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes deployments.
