We’re seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Lead Developer / Architect to take ownership of designing and developing robust, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack web applications using .NET (Core/8), Entity Framework, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across both backend and frontend components.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and the adoption of engineering best practices.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Build distributed, message-driven systems using tools such as NServiceBus or MassTransit.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Work in a cloud-first environment, preferably with Microsoft Azure (AWS experience is also relevant).

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in .NET web development, including backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Material UI, Vue, or Nuxt.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and message queues.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, especially around CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with cloud services, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in mobile development using MAUI or Xamarin.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, or event sourcing.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Prometheus, or Grafana. Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes deployments.
