Managing Partner – IT Consulting - Commercial sectors

The Opportunity

We’re expanding our Strategy & Technology Consulting team in Oslo and looking for someone with a great knowledge of commercial industries in the region (Oil & Gas, Shipping/ Maritime/ Transportation etc)

What You’ll Do

  • Advise senior leaders in commercial organizations on technology strategy and innovation.
  • Deliver insights on operating models, organizational design, digital transformation, use cases, technology acquisitions, sourcing, delivery oversight and transformation engagement governance.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven analysis, helping clients optimize IT investments and drive mission-critical success.
  • Lead engagements across a broad area of technology areas; such as cloud transformation, applications modernization, sourcing strategy, and program assurance.


What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in technology-led transformation within the commercial sectors prevalent to Norway (Oil & Gas, Shipping/Transportation, Retail, Manufacturing etc)
  • A consultative approach to sales and business development, ideally with experience of winning IT advisory/consulting engagements
  • Familiar with, and comfortable advising on a wide range of diverse technology matters (Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), Applications Transformation, Cloud Adoption/Transformation, Sourcing Strategy and Vendor management, Cyber Security and Resilience etc)
  • A strong understanding of strategic planning, IT governance, and digital innovation to help commercial organisations meet their strategic aims
  • Familiarity with frameworks for CIO advisory, value realization, and program assurance.
  • A relevant academic background (MBA is a plus).
