Human Resources Assistant

YOOCHA MATCHA is a young, vibrant team that's been shaking up the Middle East market for the past 4 years. We supply high-quality premium matcha to over 800 cafes and specialty coffee shops... and we're just getting started. Now we're looking for a driven and people-loving HR Executive to support our growing team and help us bring in even more amazing talent.

What you’ll be doing

• Hire top talent (intern → associate → manager);
• Lead recruitment end-to-end: writing accurate job descriptions, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and making strong hires;
• Optimize HR processes: onboarding, assessment, performance evaluation, and talent development;
• Handle HR documentation, PTO tracking, and visa processes;
• Build and implement onboarding and training systems;
• Organize birthdays, work anniversaries, team-building events (yes, we love good vibes!)
• Stay on top of HR trends and apply what makes sense for our team.

Who we’re looking for

· 2+ years of experience in HR within the UAE;

· Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field;

· Strong hiring skills across multiple departments;

· High emotional intelligence and genuine love for people;

· Structured thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

· Understanding of UAE labor laws and main hiring requirements;

· Experience managing large candidate databases;

· A proactive mindset and a passion for professional growth;
