About the Role
I’m building a multidisciplinary creative house at the intersection of luxury, heritage, and design spanning brand consulting, and an atelier. I’m looking for a highly organized, ambitious executive assistant and project manager who can help me execute with discipline and precision. You’ll act as my right hand, making sure projects move from concept to reality.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations: scheduling, correspondence, follow-ups.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and collaborators in Dubai + abroad.
- Support preparation of client decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Handle research and logistics for exhibitions, product launches, and events.
- Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring nothing slips.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
What I’m Looking For
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Background in design, branding, luxury, events, or related fields a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English essential, Arabic a plus).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things moving under pressure.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
