Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer – Backend with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, security protocols, and SQL Server technologies. This role demands excellent backend development skills, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop backend services using Java (8/17), Spring Boot, Spring Data (JPA, JDBC)
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security (OAuth, LDAP), SSO, MFA, PingFed, OIDC, OAuth
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and integrate with various systems
• Optimize and tune Microsoft SQL Server for performance
• Develop and manage SSIS packages and SSRS reports
• Automate workflows using Autosys
• Integrate and support messaging and middleware using TIBCO
• Collaborate with frontend developers using Angular and Node.js
• Use tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, Git, Nexus for development, build, and deployment
• Work across distributed environments including Windows, Linux, Unix, and cloud platforms
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Hands-on experience with:
o Spring Boot, Spring Data (JPA, JDBC)
o Spring Security (OAuth, LDAP)
o REST API development using JAX-RS
o Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning
o SSIS and SSRS
o Build and CI tools: Maven, Jenkins, Gradle
o Version control and repositories: Git, Nexus
• Strong understanding of:
o Authentication protocols (SSO, MFA, PingFed, OAuth, OIDC)
o Distributed systems and multi-platform environments
• Experience with:
o Autosys job scheduling
o TIBCO middleware
• Familiarity with frontend integration using Angular and Node.js
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
