The Practice Lead Design role is at the heart of our Digital office design process. Our Designers are a diverse and passionate team of strategic, empathetic, Tactical, and creative thinkers who envision, and craft digital services based on deep understanding of customer needs as well as business needs.


The practice Lead contributes to activities on projects, including client workshops, creative brainstorms, and service definition. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is creating positive impact for our clients and the world by creating services that make a difference.


The Practice Lead leads the design delivery on multiple channels and entities, managing multi-disciplinary teams of designers and is responsible for the quality of project deliverables. The Practice lead will be hands on with delivery project work but also comfortable providing design leadership and managing client relationships. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that is creating a positive impact for our clients by creating and scaling our services to make that difference and OKRs to reduce costs, reduce time, increase customer satisfaction, and improve customer success and satisfaction.


The Practice Lead will work with UX designers, UI Designers, Researchers, Service designers, Digital Transformation experts, , solution architects and data scientists to drive improvements to journeys based on data and evidence. These journeys should be measurable and scalable across multiple projects and entities.


Main Tasks:-

  • Communicate and articulate design decision through visual, written and verbal means
  • Lead conversations with 3rd parties and business stakeholders on maps, flows and emotional maps
  • Work with stakeholders to ‘extract’ project goals or deliverables and expectations including KPIs
  • Create outputs or slides of ‘success’ highlighting improvements of journey evidencing the before and after benchmark
  • Prepare reports and present findings of usability tests and user testing outcomes to support success of design assumptions
  • Analytical experience looking at what works leveraging skills and intuition to ideate ideas that test well or resonate with customers
  • Use design theory to persuade customers using intuitive design practices enhancing experiences and reducing friction with measurable successes
  • Design and create digital experiences that will position the mobile app in the #1 global ranking
  • Measure effectiveness of work delivered


Skills & Experience:-

  • 12+ years of design experience and 5+ years of experience in the same or similar role.
  • Proven experience developing complex design systems for digital products: mobile and web applications (experience within the FinTech or Banking is a plus)
  • Post Graduate in computer engineering / design arts
  • Proficiency in design systems and tools
  • Qualifications in human psychology
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate insights in an engaging, visual way to non-analytical colleagues and clearly present these data rich insights so key messages can be actioned.
  • Experience in a fast paced, data driven environment: product companies, growing startups.
  • Passionate about finding the right problems and designing the right solutions in a cost-effective manner considering development and business constraints
  • Nonjudgmental approach to working with people and other business units.
  • Able to work on the often vague to explore possible outcomes and bottom out the well-rounded plan
  • Working effectively with multifunctional team and build good working relationship
  • Energetic and passionate with a helpful ‘can do’ attitude
  • Strong analytical mind with a problem-solving approach with good communication skills
