  • 12 Month Contract Position with genuinely realistic chance of permanent conversion.
  • Our client is a MNC, leading name in their industry, undertaking an exciting company wide Transformation program.
  • Salary up to $16,000 per month, dependent upon experience.
  • Experience of working withing a large-scale HR/Finance transformation program / project is essential.
  • Experience of working with SAP and or Success Factors will also be seen as very attractive.
  • An immediate start can be available and preferred for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities


The Change Manager is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive change strategy, framework and methodology that support the client's Transformation Program, focusing on the transformation of roles and ways of working across the organisation. The key goal is to accelerate employee adoption of new processes and systems while proactively reducing resistance to change.


Strategic Setup & Coaching:

  • Support the setup of a centralised change management team.
  • Coach and mentor internal Change Managers across multiple projects.
  • Build a comprehensive Change Management Playbook for future use.


Framework & Methodology Development:

  • Define a standardise change management methodologies, tools, and templates, such as:
  • Impact change analysis templates
  • Methodologies to evaluate of the actual impact of changes
  • Templates for change readiness assessment
  • Stakeholders mapping
  • Align change strategies with narrative and strategic communications.


Skills & Experience


  • Proven experience (10+ years) in leading large-scale change management programs, including 5+ years of change management experience
  • Expertise in coaching and mentoring change professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms and user experience strategies.
  • Highly experienced in delivering large scale business change activities that are multi-site / country / global.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to different level of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situation, identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively.
  • Experience with HR, Finance and accounting systems (SAP/ERP, People Management Software /SuccessFactors, Budgeting & Forecasting Software/IBM Planning Analytics, etc).
  • Proficient user of Project Management tools such as Asana
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
