Position: EBS-HRMS Functional Consultant
Responsibilities
Provide functional support for Oracle EBS HRMS module.
Diagnose and resolve incidents raised by end-users.
Gather requirements and prepare functional documentation.
Develop enhancements in HRMS processes.
Conduct training sessions and create training documents.
Ensure HRMS readiness for yearly cycles.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS functional consulting.
Strong understanding of HRMS processes and integrations.
Expertise in troubleshooting, testing, and performance tuning.
Oracle HRMS-related certifications required.
Skills: troubleshooting,oracle hrms certifications,oracle ebs hrms,understanding of hrms
