What project we have for you

Our fast-growing and professional team is looking for a Business Analyst who will join the development of a new bespoke white label card solution that will allow employees to pay for medical expenses. Our client is one of the most well-known and funded startups in its industry, based in the United States. By joining our team, you will get exceptional businesstechnicalmultinational experience working with the demanded product in a competitive American market.

The candidate will be a part of the brand new project team to create a top-notch system from scratch, acting as an expert in technologies with dedicated innovation resources. The project goal is to build and set up a new scalable product and increase the time to market for the system.

The team is responsible for all aspects of building the product, from ideation to creation. Cloud-native architecture with Agile product development practices are used within the project.

What you will do

  • Assist in documenting results of analysis to clearly represent business requirements.
  • Support requirements elicitation, organization, and analysis under guidance from senior team members.
  • Help define and document user workflows for mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Maintain project documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence.


What you need for this

  • Up to 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role (internship, entry-level IT position also considered).
  • Basic understanding of system analysis and client-server architecture.
  • Familiarity with mobile application development lifecycle.
  • Interest or some exposure to Fintech domain (a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with willingness to dive into details.
  • Knowledge of software development and product life-cycle models.
  • English: Upper-intermediate or above (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Basic experience with tools like Jira, Confluence (academic, training, or workplace exposure acceptable).
