To achieve our ambitious goals, we are inviting a Product Manager (e-commerce) to join our team.
Role Purpose
Manage the full lifecycle of international e-commerce products — from market research and product vision to launch, scaling, and optimization. Build products that meet customer needs, increase trust and loyalty, and drive business growth.
Products: import services to Ukraine (world → Ukraine), including Returns, Cash-on-Delivery (Delivery Payment Service), insurance, compensation, and services for both buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research international e-commerce markets and customer/seller behavior
- Analyze competitors and best practices (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Shopify)
- Develop product vision, value proposition, and roadmap
- Create and manage the backlog (user stories, prioritization)
- Define requirements for IT teams, UX/UI, and marketing
- Test hypotheses, launch MVPs, run A/B tests
- Implement new functions and services into the business cabinet
- Collaborate with international partners: marketplaces, payment systems, service providers
- Establish product KPIs (adoption rate, returns with service, COD usage, customer satisfaction, profitability)
- Optimize products to enhance customer convenience and trust
Candidate Expectation
Professional Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, business analyst, or project manager (e-commerce/logistics experience is a plus)
- Understanding of international e-commerce, cross-border logistics, and after-sales services
- Experience working with product backlogs, roadmaps, Agile/Scrum/Kanban
- Hands-on experience with analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- English — Upper-Intermediate+ (for working with international partners)
- Experience collaborating with IT teams (development, QA, UX/UI)
- Understanding of unit economics and product financial models
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence)
