IF YOU ARE

• Strong in data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and ISO 27701
• Familiar with industry certifications and frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, and ITIL
• Experienced in handling regulatory standards across the US and European markets
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Confident in leading meetings, documenting discussions, and capturing key decisions
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving skills
• Proficient in process documentation and capable of creating clear, comprehensive reports
• Highly organized, demonstrating excellent prioritization abilities
• Familiar with risk assessment methodologies
• An effective communicator with strong written skills and at least an intermediate English proficiency

• Advise on data protection practices, offering insights to stakeholders on risk mitigation
• Support the Privacy GRC team with compliance and governance requests
• Manage data subject and third-party disclosure requests, ensuring timely responses
• Prepare, maintain, and improve corporate policies, standards, and templates for compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate third-party suppliers on data protection standards
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices
• Assist business stakeholders in planning control strategies and organizational measures
• Facilitate internal and external audits, organize meetings, and prepare documentation
• Provide training and support to enhance compliance and data protection awareness
• Conduct legal analysis on data protection requirements and consult on implementation
• Perform gap analyses to identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
