Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Backlog Management
- Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and feasibility of user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Technical Leadership
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Guide development teams on architecture, scalability, and performance considerations.
- Address technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of the product.
Agile & Scrum Collaboration
- Serve as the Product Owner in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure backlog items are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Customer-Centric Development
- Conduct usability testing and gather customer feedback to refine product features.
