Job Overview:
The Laravel Developer is responsible for designing and developing high-quality web applications using Laravel and React.js. The role involves writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver robust and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Laravel, PHP, React.js, and web development best practices, with hands-on experience in Laravel projects, and should be comfortable working both independently and within a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications using Laravel and React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and developers, to build and enhance applications.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Provide technical mentorship and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure development efforts align with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0.6-2 years of professional experience with Laravel and PHP development.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Laravel tools like Eloquent ORM, Blade templating engine, and Artisan CLI.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, token-based authentication (JWT/OAuth), and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of web security practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
