Our Engineering & Data Management function design, build and deploy software products for a wide range of financial market clients with a primary focus on the fund data value chain. Our agile teams come together as global solution providers using the latest tools and innovative techniques.
Your Key Responsibilities As a Technical Lead Will Include

Your Key Responsibilities As a Technical Lead Will Include
- Providing technical direction and leadership across product development and release cycles.
- Designing and developing web-based applications integrated with backend systems using modern frameworks.
- Maintaining and evolving system architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Leading code reviews, coaching developers, and enforcing development best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and manage system alerts.
- Driving adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
- You must have at least 10 years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with deep expertise in object-oriented design.
- You will have strong proficiency in Vue3, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Redis and MySQL.
- You should be confident working with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and Azure-based development and delivery.
- You will bring hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps tooling like Azure DevOps and NuGet.
- You must have prior experience working extensively with AI tools such as Devin, Replit, and Co-pilot.
