A fast-growing Automotive SaaS company operating in the Fleet Management & Telematics sector. We build a B2B platform that converts complex vehicle and sensor data into actionable insights used by logistics, mobility and enterprise customers. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka — Full-time.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for complex SaaS dashboards—conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear product decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (Figma) to validate flows, visualisations and interactions with users and stakeholders.
- Design intuitive, data-dense visualisations and custom dashboard components that make vehicle telemetry and analytics actionable for non-technical users.
- Run usability testing, iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, and measure improvements in key UX metrics.
- Partner closely with product managers and frontend engineers to ensure pixel-accurate handoffs, accessible UI, and consistent implementation of components.
- Maintain and evolve the design system—define tokens, components and documentation to scale consistent UX across product modules.
Must-Have
- 2+ years experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, ideally in SaaS/B2B product environments.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, design libraries) and strong visual design fundamentals.
- Demonstrable experience conducting user research and usability testing and turning insights into actionable design solutions.
- Proven ability to design complex dashboards and data visualisations with a focus on clarity and usability.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to improve design handoffs and implementation collaboration.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems and working closely with frontend teams in an Agile environment.
