Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 4–6
years of experience to lead project delivery for our enterprise platforms in the Banking and
FinTech domains. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving execution
across agile sprints, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of products powered by AI,
Blockchain, and cloud-native technologies.
You will be part of a fast-paced product team solving real-world challenges in global trade
and financial services, helping to redefine how modern banking platforms are built and
deployed.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 4–6
years of experience to lead project delivery for our enterprise platforms in the Banking and
FinTech domains. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving execution
across agile sprints, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of products powered by AI,
Blockchain, and cloud-native technologies.
You will be part of a fast-paced product team solving real-world challenges in global trade
and financial services, helping to redefine how modern banking platforms are built and
deployed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across product and banking
- Work closely with cross-functional teams – product, engineering, QA, and client
- Define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and track progress
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology)
- Serve as the point of contact for internal leadership and external clients
- Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope, quality, and budget
- 4–6 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in the
- Proven experience delivering SaaS or enterprise product solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps culture
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
- Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications
- Experience with API-driven systems, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS,
- Exposure to Blockchain or AI/ML platforms
- Background in BFSI software implementation or digital transformation
- Familiarity with financial regulatory and compliance requirements
