We are now looking for a IT Risk & Process Improvement Management to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission
Risk Management
- Identify and assess potential IT risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to establish and enforce security measures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead incident response efforts and contribute to crisis management activities.
- Analyze existing IT business processes and define new processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.
- Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes.
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.
- Proven experience in IT risk management and process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
