At Insignis, we're on a mission to revolutionise how cash savings are managed. Since 2017, we've helped thousands of clients unlock better returns, reduce risk, and take control of their cash, all through a platform built for simplicity, transparency, and impact.

We're a fast-scaling business with offices in London and Cambridge, on a mission to transform the savings market. With over £22 billion in assets placed and partnerships with more than 50 banking institutions, we combine deep financial expertise with bold product thinking to bring innovation to a space long overdue for change.

We're looking for an exceptional Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves with purpose, and brings clarity to complexity. You'll play a pivotal role in a high-performing, cross-functional team, working closely with design leadership, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the business to shape experiences that are not only visually elegant but deeply functional and user-centered.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who's comfortable wearing many hats, from leading discovery and framing problems, to systems thinking and polished execution. You'll be expected to balance user needs with business goals, apply a data-informed mindset, and help define how design drives this next phase of product and company growth.

  • Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration
  • Champion simplicity, distilling complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences
  • Proactively uncover user needs and pain points by hosting user research sessions and collaborating cross-functionally, translating insights into thoughtful, user-centered design solutions
  • Apply data-driven methods to inform and refine design decisions, including behavioural analytics, usability testing, and experimentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to define customer and business problems and shape impactful solutions
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product
  • Stay curious and forward-thinking, bringing fresh perspectives and outside learnings into the team to help tackle complex challenges
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, implementing solutions and presenting work during design reviews

We'd love to hear from you if...

  • You have 3+ years of experience in product design or closely related roles.
  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, impactful, data-informed design
  • You're a clear communicator and storyteller, able to articulate design decisions with confidence and clarity
  • You're comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • You can balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives effectively
  • You enjoy solving complex design challenges and thinking holistically about user experience
  • You see design as a process of discovery and iteration, using early ideas and prototypes to explore possibilities
  • You practise evidence-based design, and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly
