We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Owner to help shape the next chapter of our D2C e-commerce journey. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap, turning customer insights and business goals into innovative solutions that elevate the entire shopping experience.
You'll work closely with our design, tech, and brand teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience — one that inspires, converts, and keeps our global community coming back. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact at a fast-growing fashion brand, where your ideas will directly influence how we engage customers and drive growth.
The main elements of the role are:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the fashion ecommerce space
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and customer experience enhancement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and encourage data-driven decision-making across all product initiatives
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Prioritise product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Manage product releases and coordinate go-to-market strategies
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and merchandising teams
- Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging customer experiences
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches and promotional campaigns
- Interface with customer service teams to understand customer pain points and feedback
- Analyse customer behaviour data and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities
- Work with the technical team to help deliver product features and enhancements
- Ensure product features enhance the overall customer journey and shopping experience
- Stay current with fashion ecommerce trends and emerging technologies
- Evaluate and optimise loyalty program performance, identifying friction points and recommending enhancements to improve customer retention and engagement
- Present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable product features
- Communicate product decisions and trade-offs effectively across the organisation
- Manage expectations and provide regular status updates on product initiatives

Essential Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of Shopify ecommerce platform
- Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana)
- Experience with Google Analytics; - funnel analysis experience is desirable
- Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and mobile applications
- Deep understanding of fashion retail and D2C business models
- Knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management
- Understanding of inventory management,
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce or fashion retail
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
