Our client, one of London’s most exciting cultural festivals — where music, film, tech, and creativity collide — is looking for a Part-Time HR & Recruitment Coordinator to help them assemble their dream team for 2026. 🎤 What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with festival leads to identify staffing needs across all events.
- Creating job ads that capture the festival’s energy and culture.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles.
- Coordinating first-stage interviews and spotting top talent.
- Managing contracts, onboarding, and all recruitment paperwork.
- Ensuring new hires feel part of the festival family from day one.
- Keeping recruitment timelines on track in a fast-paced festival environment.
- Supporting general HR admin as needed.

- Previous HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience — ideally within events, festivals, or hospitality.
- A confident communicator who can connect with people from all backgrounds.
- Highly organised and calm under pressure.
- Able to manage multiple recruitment projects at once.
