You will be the strategic custodian of CAMILLA’s IT landscape, driving modernisation, business continuity, and digital transformation. Leading a talented IT Tribe, you’ll partner with the Executive Team and stakeholders across all areas of the business to deliver proactive solutions that enhance efficiency, elevate customer experience, and fuel global growth.


What you’ll be doing as our Head of IT:

  • Define and deliver CAMILLA’s IT roadmap, maintaining and improving infrastructure, software, and security across the brand.
  • Modernise current systems and drive business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee IT governance, policies, best practices, compliance, and ethical frameworks.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new systems and major enhancements, ensuring scalability for future growth.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and partners – delivering projects on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure successful testing, UAT, and Go Live sign-offs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify system gaps and opportunities, providing expert recommendations on technology improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your IT Tribe – setting clear goals, supporting career growth, and role modelling CAMILLA values.
  • Report regularly to the Executive Tribe on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.


What makes you perfect for this role:

  • 8+ years of IT management experience, including leadership at a Head of IT or senior level.
  • Strong experience across retail (B&M, eCommerce, wholesale) and familiarity with traditional & new-age tech architectures.
  • Solid ERP expertise (deep Netsuite experience is a must), with hands-on experience managing POS (ideally Lightspeed) and WMS systems.
  • Experience with PIMs, CDPs, data warehousing, and data analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of integrations, APIs, and SaaS/PaaS service models.
  • Exposure to Shopify, Centric, JOOR, Emarsys, Movilizer, or Zeus would be advantageous.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills – from technical teams through to the C-Suite.
