We’re looking for a recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (or a related field) to join our team in November/December 2025. To be eligible, you’ll need to hold Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Project Success: Help manage the financial health of projects — from budgeting and forecasting to tracking costs and cash flow.
  • Keep Projects on Track: Monitor budgets, analyse financial performance, and support monthly reviews to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Partner with Project Leaders: Work closely with Project Managers to identify risks and opportunities, and develop smart strategies to respond.
  • Support Procurement: Assist with ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Be the Voice of Commercial Excellence: Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and present financial updates.
  • Ensure Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain project records in SAP, ensuring they meet accounting standards and internal guidelines.
  • Champion Contracts & Claims: Help set up and manage contracts and claims to protect project outcomes.
  • Grow with Integrity: Contribute to a team culture that values growth, transparency, and doing the right thing.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with legal, finance, engineering, procurement, and auditors to support project delivery.
