Overview

The Microsoft Enterprise Commercial team is seeking a highly collaborative, organized, and dependable program manager to join our team. This role will focus specifically on the large strategic partnerships with Telstra and Spark. You will need to be detail-oriented and a master collaborator, ready to work with multiple stakeholders to prepare, plan and implement major program initiatives and monitor their progress to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Core focus of this role is on the large strategic partnerships signed with Telstra and Spark, and ensuring the weekly/monthly governance runs smoothly.
  • Effective orchestration and management of communications with key stakeholder groups (both internal and external)
  • Map-out a program schedule and timeline and ensure it is followed, and manage daily operations that support and implement our current program objectives
  • Work with account teams and leadership to assess and manage program risks
  • Key team member to the Enterprise Commercial leadership team, ensuring we are capturing all the learnings and areas we need to follow up on/escalate- as part of our contract and partnership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of being able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external to Microsoft
  • Ability to think and operate broadly, supporting teams to drive key decisions and implementation
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with an eye for detail
  • A growth mindset with a desire to experiment, learn and adapt to challenging and ambiguous situations

Although this role is an individual within a team, you will need to assemble, guide and support virtual teams. Success in this role depends on collaboration with a broad group of people across Microsoft.
