- Designing prototypes and pilots to validate new concepts before large-scale deployment
- Leveraging AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency and care delivery
- Establishing and tracking key product metrics to ensure transparency and accountability
- Acting as a cross-functional connector, building trust and alignment between stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you should bring strong product leadership expertise combined with healthcare domain knowledge. Essential qualifications include:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in product management, ideally within healthcare technology
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in healthcare technology and clinical operations
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and clinical workflows (mandatory)
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proven experience with data analysis and AI tools to drive decision-making
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
