Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative and user-friendly digital products.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping the product experience, leveraging your expertise in UX and visual design to create impactful designs for a Financial Services B2B web-based product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs for web-based financial services products
• Design and refine responsive layouts to ensure optimal functionality across various devices
• Work within the Shadcn design system, contributing to its growth and ensuring consistency across the product
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve the user experience and overall product design
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate ideas effectively

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer
• Strong expertise in UX design combined with advanced visual design skills
• Experience working on web-based B2B financial services products
• Proficiency in designing responsive layouts optimized for different screen sizes
• Deep experience with design systems, including working with less mature systems and contributing back to Shadcn-based design systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the ability to leverage its full range of capabilities
• Comfortable working in later stages of the product design process to refine and enhance existing designs
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
