What You Will Learn
- Support with national and international People & Culture projects and personnel strategy.
- Prepare reports and presentations relating to relevant People & Culture topics.
- Support developing new People & Culture concepts.
- Assist with the process of People & Culture administration.
- Daily business operations according to the focus of the respective People & Culture department (Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Operational HR Management, Talent Management etc.).
- Currently studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration or International Management and you want to gain practical experience.
- Analytical skills and creative mindset.
- Microsoft Office is a walk in the park for you.
- Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
- You are fluent in English, German advantageous.
