Job Overview

We are looking for a Medior Backend Developer with 2–5 years of professional experience to strengthen our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend architectures, optimizing performance, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems. You’ll also support junior developers and contribute to establishing technical best practices.

Responsibilities

·      Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

·      Optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions for performance.

·      Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.

·      Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with appropriate testing.

·      Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

·      Implement modern backend architectures (e.g., microservices, containerized deployments).

·      Stay current with emerging backend frameworks and cloud technologies.

·      Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team.

Requirements

·      2–5 years of professional experience as a backend developer.

·      Strong expertise in at least one backend language and framework (Java, Python, Node.js, or Go).

·      Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and backend security.

·      Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

·      Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.

·      Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and support teammates.
