Your role

The future is SMART: smart machines and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) are transforming the way we work and interact with technology. Join our passionate IoT Connectivity team and help shape the next generation of industrial connectivity.

As an Embedded Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying firmware for our connected devices. These devices are part of our growing SMARTLINK ecosystem, which enables smarter servicing and data-driven decision-making across the globe.

You’ll collaborate with senior developers, testers, data analysts, IoT architects, and RF experts to bring new features and products to life. Each project presents new challenges and learning opportunities, keeping your work both dynamic and rewarding.

In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of connectivity, data, and innovation, from condition monitoring to cellular networks. You’ll also contribute to testing and integration, using Jenkins and working closely with our Test Engineers to ensure high-quality performance across diverse use cases.

  • Strong experience in embedded C development an Python
  • Familiarity with C++ and embedded Linux
  • Knowledge of wireless sensor networks, Modbus, TCP/IP, ...
  • Experience with Jenkins for automated testing and integration
  • Experience or interest in big-data analysis
  • Comfort working with Atlassian suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong ability to collaborate across cultures and continents
