As a Solution Architect, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that meet the company’s evolving needs. Working closely with Tribe Leads, Lead Developers, Release Engineers, and Product Owners, you will ensure that business needs are translated into secure, scalable, and innovative architectural designs. Your expertise will help align projects with established standards while driving the adoption of best practices across teams.

• Translate business needs into well-architected solutions aligned with architectural standards.
• Plan and develop architectural runways for projects in coordination with stakeholders.
• Act as a key decision-maker on solution architecture and design, ensuring scalability and security.
• Review technical designs for consistency with architectural guidelines.
• Promote and drive adoption of architecture standards and practices.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• At least 5 years working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical expertise with proven ability to design innovative solutions.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities in cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
• Proven experience in architecture/design modelling techniques and best practices.

Proficiency in at least two of the following domains:

1. Cloud & Architecture Expertise: public cloud (AWS, Azure), hybrid or multicloud scenarios.
2. Backend & Event-Driven Systems: Java (JEE/Spring Boot), Node.js (Typescript), Kafka, SOA, REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, AVRO, security standards.
3. Frontend & Multichannel Technologies: Angular, micro-frontend and multichannel architectures
4. Data & Persistence Solutions: RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle), document databases, key-value stores.
5. Security & SDLC Best Practices: security standards, CI/CD, DevSecOps, continuous delivery.

• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premise or multicloud architecture.
• Knowledge of mobile design/architecture (iOS/Android).
• Experience in event-driven and service-oriented architectures.

• Exposure to micro-frontend style patterns.
• Awareness of advanced DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with additional modern persistence solutions.
