• As part of the development of projects for the General Secretariat in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, Scrum Master's mission is to support one or more development teams in the application of Agile practices and to guarantee a working environment that promotes collaboration, transparency and collective performance.
• As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating and fluidifying Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective), facilitating exchanges between team members and with stakeholders, as well as removing obstacles that may hinder the successful achievement of objectives. You support the Product Owner in the management of the backlog and help establish a culture of continuous improvement and quality in product delivery.
• You work closely with the Scrum team (developers, functional analysts, testers), the Product Owner and the Project Manager to ensure that deadlines are met, aligned with business needs and the quality of deliverables. Your role also involves supporting the team in its rise to agile maturity and fostering a climate of trust and mutual respect.
• The mission concerns the redesign of the Mon Espace application (Electronic counter of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation). This tool is used by citizens of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (citizen and other procedures), members of the teaching staff (procedures, training, payslips, etc.) and non-profit organisations (procedures, etc.).
• As a consultant, you are subject to the same working conditions as our internal staff, i.e. a hybrid mode combining face-to-face and teleworking, with a mandatory minimum of 50% presence in our offices
• The mission is in French only.

Animation & management

• Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
• Ensure the proper application of the Agile methodology and the Scrum framework within the team.
• Facilitate collaboration between the team and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve the team's velocity and performance indicators.
• Detect and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Support the team in the management of change, conflicts, etc.
• Coaching & support
• Encourage and raise awareness among IT teams in the use of the Agile method and the Scrum framework.
• Support the Product Owner in the management and prioritization of the product backlog.
• Develop the autonomy, accountability and collaboration of team members.
• Disseminate and adapt Agile best practices to the project context.
• Promote a climate of trust and respect.
• Participate in the improvement of Agile practices within the company Performance
• Help the team achieve quality increments that meet the "definition of done".
• Monitor key indicators (velocity, burndown, quality of deliverables).
• Identify areas for improvement and implement concrete actions.
• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
