We are looking for a hybrid UX Designer who is not only passionate about creating intuitive and delightful user experiences but also brings relevant skills for business analysis and project management to the table. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between design, development, and business teams — ensuring that user needs and business objectives are aligned throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills And Experiences

Skills and Experiences:

  • 2+ years experience in a UX role across varied users, business problems, and devices.
  • A portfolio of work which demonstrates attention to detail, understanding of design principles, and creative solutions
  • A solid demonstrable understanding of UX and it’s methodologies
  • An interest in the cross section of UX and business, keen to be involved with or learn business analysis and project management in addition to design
  • Experience with scrum/agile methodologies and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Dutch speaking an advantage
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma — from wireframes to prototyping UI design
  • Conducting research and summarizing insights
  • Opportunity / pain point user journey mapping, persona creation, requirements gathering

  • You’re a strong communicator, whose versatile in their approach to new projects and eager to learn.
  • You’ll be part of a supportive team, sitting in the Advisory & Experiences practise, and will get stuck in with transformative projects at a variety of clients.

  • Create wireframes and prototypes
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs
  • Generation of user journeys, personas, user flows and service blueprints
  • Present your work in a clear and compelling way, defending design rationale
  • Work proactively with guidance from design peers
  • Gather requirements from the business
  • Balance business needs with user needs to solve problems
  • Make valuable contributions to brainstorms & workshops
  • Liaise with different teams and stakeholders
