About the Role

ESGlogic is looking for an experienced Freelance Change Manager to support the implementation of an IT security program for one of our clients. Your mission will be to ensure stakeholder alignment, smooth organizational transitions, and minimal resistance to change across multiple security projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans for IT security initiatives.
• Identify organizational impacts on teams, processes, and tools.
• Engage and mobilize stakeholders across the organization.
• Design and implement communication, training, and awareness campaigns.
• Support teams in adopting new security practices adapted to the public sector context.
• Manage resistance to change and foster employee engagement.
• Track success indicators and adapt actions based on field feedback.
• Propose adjustments to improve adoption of security-related changes.
• Collaborate closely with program and project leaders.
• Report progress to leadership and ensure transparency of project outcomes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Change Management within large-scale organizations (public or private).
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end change management projects.
• Recognized certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, PMP Change specialization, etc.) is a plus.
• English and French (oral and written).
