We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to guide our clients from A to Z through their communication campaigns. Alongside our Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients on a daily basis. Your mission? To transform their ideas and aspirations into crystal-clear briefings for our team of designers and freelancers. Your critical eye will review their work, ensuring that it not only meets, but exceeds our clients' expectations.

About you

- You have a bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing.

- You’ve had a first working experience (minimum 2-3 years) in an agency or a marketing position.

- You’re detail oriented and are allergic to spelling mistakes.

- Your main goal is to relieve clients of worries and strive for shared success.

- Communication is your forte, and you love building relationships both within and outside the organisation.

- You have strong multitasking skills, and your proactive mindset welcomes challenges.

- You are fluent in Dutch (native-level proficiency) and have a professional knowledge of English and French.

- You see AI tools as a companion and not a threat.

- You excel in written communication in both Dutch and English.

- Experience with retail POS materials is a bonus.

Your responsibilities

- Together with our Senior Project Manager, you’re responsible for the preparation, execution and follow-up of campaigns and activations.

- You’re a contact person for both clients and partners, and are not afraid to jump into a quick call.

- You translate client briefings into clear production briefings and handle the follow-up.

- You brief and follow up on the design team, rigorously reviewing their work before client approval.

- You guard timings, budgets, scope and quality and make adjustments where necessary.
