Title: Marketing Director

Job Summary:


As Marketing Director, you'll own end-to-end strategy and execution across all operating markets and product lines. The role is accountable for efficient, compliant, brand-safe growth in active customers and Net Gaming Revenue, for scaling customer lifetime value, and strengthening a distinctive brand in line with Responsible Gaming and regulatory requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):


1. Lead the global B2C marketing organization: optimize structure, resource, roles, processes, tools and capabilities; ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and growth targets.

2. Strategy & planning: develop and execute the B2C marketing strategy and annual/quarterly plans; own budgeting and forecasting.

3. Growth & lifecycle: exceed agreed targets for acquisition, retention, and lifetime value in all operational countries. Look for ways to innovate and challenge the status quo, moving beyond incremental growth to deliver significant business value.

4. Performance insight, experimentation & customer representation: review and report on the success of marketing strategies, testing frameworks, budget efficiency and brand perception/awareness. Educate the business on consumer, competitor and market trends.

5. Financial discipline: evaluate marketing organizational and vendor cost structures; optimize ROI across media, tools, and headcount.

6. Partners & agencies: select, onboard, and manage agencies and other marketing partners with clear scopes, SLAs, vendor scorecards, and outcome-based fees where appropriate.

7. Employer branding & recruitment: direct employer brand positioning and corporate presence across websites, social (e.g., LinkedIn, X), careers pages, conference activations and marketing materials to ensure a cohesive internal and external brand.

8. Industry awareness: stay current on gaming and marketing developments; embed effective practices and innovations across teams and markets.

9. Responsible Gaming & compliance: ensure Responsible Gaming information is best-in-class and all marketing complies with applicable regulatory statute; maintain audit-ready documentation.

10. Gaming licenses: obtain and maintain required gaming licenses, including timely submission of applications, renewals, and regulatory information requests in any jurisdiction the company or its affiliates require. Continued employment is contingent on maintaining all necessary gaming licenses.


Requirements


  • Experience: 10+ years’ experience in B2C growth, performance and brand marketing within B2C iGaming/Sports Betting businesses, ideally across multiple countries/markets. 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams (including functional Heads) with proven hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Computer/Technical skills: Data-literate—e.g. GA4/analytics, Looker/Tableau, advanced Excel, comfortable with experimentation (A/B, lift), performance attribution and brand measurement, CRM/CDP and marketing automation.
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Personal characteristics: Clear, concise executive communication; strong stakeholder management; analytical and test-and-learn mindset; sharp prioritization and bias to action; proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Other necessary skills: Expertise in budget planning, forecasting, and ROI management (e.g., LTV:CAC, CPA/CPI, payback); vendor/agency governance and commercial negotiation; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses in relevant jurisdictions, including timely submission of regulatory applications, renewals, and information requests; continued employment is contingent on maintaining licensure.
