Title: Datacentre Engineer
We are partnering with a leading quantitative trading firm to expand their data centre operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Datacentre Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to the construction, commissioning, and ongoing management of a brand new multi-megawatt data centre in Finland
The Role:
As a Datacentre Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless 24/7 operations. You will be involved in day-to-day infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance, collaborating closely with engineering, facilities, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Centre Operations
- Manage daily infrastructure operations to guarantee uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support installation, maintenance, and monitoring of data centre systems, including power, HVAC, liquid cooling, and automation systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Manage inventory and logistics for infrastructure components.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- 3+ years’ experience of data centre experience (Racking, Stacking, Cabling)
- Knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems (including direct liquid cooling), automation/building management systems, fire safety, and security technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
€50,000 - €90,000 basic salary per annum
