Game Lead - Casual F2P (Merge)

Lead the vision and roadmap for a successful live merge title in the casual F2P space. Partner with product and operations to set direction, ship meaningful features, and grow the game sustainably.

What you’ll do

• Own game vision, strategy, and roadmap for a live merge title
• Mentor designers; drive clear ownership and crisp execution
• Lead LiveOps, feature design, and experiment-driven learning (A/B, metrics)

What you bring

• 5+ years in game development with senior/lead responsibilities (e.g., game lead, principal designer, product owner)
• Proven success in F2P mobile: design + LiveOps + strong metrics literacy
• Excellent cross-discipline communication and alignment skills
• Hands-on Unity; up to date on mobile market trends

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AI tools for game development
• Passion for casual games (merge/match-3) and long-term player engagement
