A leading player in the IT consulting and technology services sector is looking for a Tech Lead .NET to join a multidisciplinary team working on innovative, high-impact digital solutions. About the role

As a Tech Lead .NET, you will take ownership of technical project delivery, guide development teams, and ensure that architectural and development practices meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on role combining leadership, software craftsmanship, and client collaboration.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects
  • Analyse project requirements and technical constraints to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Design, integrate, and deploy solutions using Microsoft technologies
  • Mentor and support development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
  • Develop technical solutions, including design, coding, testing, and documentation
  • Handle feasibility studies, effort estimation, and development budgeting


Your profile

  • Higher education (Bac+5 – university degree or engineering school)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical leadership role
  • Proven expertise in .NET development (e.g., .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, Razor, Entity Framework, NUnit or xUnit)
  • Comfortable with Gitflow workflows and Azure DevOps tools
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular or React
  • Strong experience in software architecture and Agile project methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to team coordination
  • Fluent in English
