Accountabilities
- Lead the mobile engineering team for iOS and Android applications, fostering collaboration, ownership, and technical growth
- Translate the product vision into actionable development plans, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable features
- Make strategic technical decisions balancing innovation, performance, and technical debt
- Mentor engineers, set clear performance objectives, and provide guidance for alignment with business and technical goals
- Continuously improve team workflows, development tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Influence company-wide technical direction and app strategy
- Proven experience leading and scaling mobile engineering teams for iOS and Android platforms
- Strong track record in building and delivering high-quality consumer applications
- Expertise in streaming video, media frameworks, and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and a strong passion for crafting intuitive, engaging apps
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and balance innovation with technical constraints
