Site Reliability Engineering Architect

The SRE Architect is a senior engineer responsible for designing and implementing the foundational platforms and practices for system stability, performance, and efficiency across all Tech Engineering solutions. This hands-on role will build out the core capabilities for DevOps, monitoring, and observability to support domain teams with agility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the division's DevOps platform and practices, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Establish a comprehensive monitoring and observability platform for end-to-end visibility.
• Define standards for Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and lead
• SRE activities.
• Implement and manage the test automation platform and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Provide expert guidance on cloud infrastructure and operations, primarily within the Azure ecosystem.
• Required Experience - 6+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE, with proven experience building large-scale, automated platforms from scratch.

Technical Skillsets -

• DevOps/Automation: Mastery of DevOps principles and tools, including CI/CD pipeline definition (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expert in Terraform, ARM Templates, or Ansible for infras code.
• SRE/Observability: Deep knowledge of SRE activities and tools for monitoring and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, end-to-end tracing).
• Cloud: Strong command of Azure cloud services and networking. Scripting: Proficiency in Python or Bash.
