Mission
The Typology adventure is still in its early stages. We are currently looking for a Product Development Assistant Product Manager to join the product team and support us through all stages of the new product development process.
This internship will start in February 2026.
Responsibilities
- Product Development Coordination: Monitor ongoing product developments in collaboration with the internal R&D team and partner laboratories
- Artwork Management: Create artwork documents, including product name and marketing text validation, translation management, briefing graphic designers, and proofreading
- Sensory & Quality Evaluation: Conduct sensory evaluations of new formulations with Typology team members
- New Concept Development: Contribute to the creation of new concepts, including market and trend analysis, performance reviews of the Typology product portfolio, proposing new product concepts, and researching cosmetic ingredients
- Writing & Communication: Draft communication materials such as product pages and innovation presentations for internal teams
- Marketing Coordination: Work with 360° marketing teams to define activation plans for innovations across multiple channels (press, influencers, website merchandising, customer service, Typology Journal)
- Performance Analysis: Track overall product portfolio performance and analyze the results of recent launches
- Customer Conversion Optimization: Continuously improve the website and product pages to optimize customer conversion
- Quality Control: Contribute to production quality control.
- Master’s degree level (business school, university, engineering school, pharmacy, etc.)
- Previous experience in cosmetic product development is highly valued
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to take initiative to drive projects forward. Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit. Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- Extra-mile mindset: Solid knowledge of the cosmetics market, keen eye for detail, and ability to understand and anticipate consumer needs
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English required
