We are hiring a Product Manager – EMEA, to lead and support the marketing strategy and execution for our Hemorrhagic product portfolios across the EMEA region. This high-impact role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Global Marketing teams.

This role includes 40–50% travel within the EMEA region.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and F2F)
  • Develop content for brochures, presentations, email campaigns, social media, and web
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Organize product launches, trade shows, webinars, and internal trainings
  • Track campaign KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics
  • Maintain CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors
  • Forecast demand and support strategic planning
  • Partner with KOLs, Sales, and Clinical teams to execute educational programs
  • Observe clinical procedures and support field training activities
  • Mentor and support onboarding of new team members


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device marketing or/and Neurovascular Field.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, etc.)
  • Proficient English (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, iPad apps, and CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Basic understanding of medical marketing regulatory requirements
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Capable of influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and work with global teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
