The Product/Program Manager is a senior leader focused on embedding a product-oriented, value-driven culture across the domain teams and managing the significant organizational change associated with creating the new Tech Engineering department. This role will establish and enforce methodologies to ensure all initiatives are traceable to business value and align with the new department's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management efforts to transition domain-oriented teams from siloed development to working with centralized platforms and services.
- Define and implement the value management methodology, ensuring initiatives are driven by measurable value and managed through a rigorous, agile product backlog process.
- Provide Agile and product-oriented coaching and training for the project managers and domain teams.
- Serve as an expert resource for defining and deploying the new methodology and ensuring its adoption across the metier.
- Support in formulating the departmental roadmap and foundations while immediately engaging in defining and structuring incoming projects.
- Required Experience - 10+ years in IT program management, product management, or senior-level Agile coaching/transformation roles, with significant experience in change management.
Technical Skillsets -
- Methodology: Expert-level mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and product-oriented coaching.
- Value Management: Proven experience in defining and measuring business value for technology initiatives (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, ROI analysis). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Tooling: Proficiency with product/project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
