Exciting opportunity for 2025 graduates to launch their careers in the fast-paced funds industry. We’re hiring Associates across multiple teams in our Dublin office—including Regulatory Compliance, Valuations, Portfolio Management, Company Secretary, Platform Projects and Services, Product Services, Business Process Analysis and Information Security—as well as in our Kilkenny for Financial Reporting Oversight, Client Reporting, and Fund Expense Management.
What are the minimum Requirements you need for the role?
- Working towards a recognised professional or third-level qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business or a related quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in applying analytical skills within the funds industry, with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and build a successful career in a data-driven environment.
- Carne is recruiting for Associates in our fast-growing Dublin and Kilkenny offices. Ideal candidates will be ambitious professionals who are seeking to build their careers in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
- Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and data interpretation, with exposure to tools like Excel, Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent logical reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly, writing concise reports, and working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Quick to learn new tools and concepts, manages time well, and demonstrates ethical awareness in handling data and decision-making.
