AI Software Engineer - Build from Scratch

Join an AI-powered startup reshaping the creator economy. As an AI Engineer, you’ll help design and build core LLM-powered features and intelligent agents that support over 5,000 content creators, everything from automating brand deals to managing deliverables and invoices.

You’ll work across TypeScript, Node.js, React, Render and AWS to ship AI-first product features in production. From prompt engineering to building smart agent workflows with OpenAI APIs, you'll have the chance to shape how AI is integrated directly into real-world creator tools.

It’s a hands-on product engineering role with strong backend focus, perfect for someone who understands software fundamentals and wants to put their stamp on a fast-scaling AI platform. You’ll work directly with the founding team, move fast, and help define AI products from day one.

You will:

• Design and build new AI-powered features
• Work across backend systems using TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership
• Own and optimize LLM prompts

Skills / Experience:

• 3–4+ years software engineering experience (backend-focused)
• Experience building AI products
• Experience working in startups

Salary / Remuneration: up to €100,000 + benefits
