All’interno dell’area Innovation & AI Generativa cerchiamo un/una Fullstack/AI Engineer con esperienza nello sviluppo end-to-end di soluzioni digitali innovative basate su Large Language Models, agenti intelligenti e orchestratori AI. La figura ideale ha una mentalità sperimentale, orientata alla prototipazione rapida, ed è in grado di coniugare capacità di sviluppo tradizionale con competenze specifiche in AI Generativa.

Principali attività:

• Sviluppare applicazioni end-to-end (frontend, backend e integrazione con servizi AI/LLM).
• Progettare e implementare agenti intelligenti, orchestrazioni (MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) e sistemi RAG.
• Integrare modelli AI generativi (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta LLaMA, Mistral, modelli open source) all’interno di applicazioni enterprise.
• Collaborare con architetti e data scientist per costruire prototipi e MVP veloci, iterare e portarli in produzione.
• Definire pipeline di integrazione AI con database, API, sistemi legacy e microservizi aziendali.
• Curare gli aspetti di performance, sicurezza, explainability e monitoring dei sistemi AI generativi.
• Partecipare attivamente alla definizione di use case innovativi per il business (copiloti, assistenti virtuali, automation agent).
• Documentare soluzioni e condividere conoscenze con il team, alimentando la cultura di innovazione.

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline STEM (anche esperienza equivalente).
• 4–6 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software fullstack (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, .NET, Python).
• Conoscenza di framework frontend (React, Angular, Vue) e backend (Node.js, .NET Core, FastAPI).
• Esperienza nell’uso di API LLM e framework AI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Haystack).
• Padronanza di database SQL e NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic).
• Buona conoscenza di metodologie agili e di prototipazione rapida.
• Capacità di comunicare con stakeholder non tecnici e tradurre esigenze di business in soluzioni tecnologiche.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Requisiti preferenziali:

• Esperienza nello sviluppo di agenti AI multi-step con tool MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Conoscenza di tecniche RAG avanzate (vector DB: Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone, Databricks Vector Search).
• Esperienza con applicazioni serverless (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
• Esperienza in DevOps/Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure/AWS).
• Familiarità con pratiche di AI safety, prompt engineering ed evaluation.
• Contributi open source o progetti personali in ambito AI generativa.

Within the Innovation & Generative AI area, we are looking for a Fullstack/AI Engineer with experience in end-to-end development of innovative digital solutions based on Large Language Models, intelligent agents, and AI orchestrators. The ideal candidate has an experimental mindset, is oriented towards rapid prototyping, and can combine traditional development skills with specific expertise in Generative AI.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end applications (frontend, backend, and integration with AI/LLM services).
• Design and implement intelligent agents, orchestrations (MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), and RAG systems.
• Integrate generative AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta LLaMA, Mistral, open-source models) into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with architects and data scientists to build quick prototypes and MVPs, iterate, and bring them into production.
• Define AI integration pipelines with databases, APIs, legacy systems, and corporate microservices.
• Ensure performance, security, explainability, and monitoring of generative AI systems.
• Actively contribute to defining innovative business use cases (copilots, virtual assistants, automation agents).
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team, fostering an innovation-driven culture.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM disciplines (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of fullstack software development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, .NET, Python).
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend frameworks (Node.js, .NET Core, FastAPI).
• Experience with LLM APIs and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Haystack).
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic).
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing multi-step AI agents using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Knowledge of advanced RAG techniques (vector DBs: Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone, Databricks Vector Search).
