Motor Product Manager is the driver behind our motor insurance journey. You won’t just manage products; you’ll be the one setting direction, spotting shortcuts, and keeping us ahead of the traffic. From fine-tuning details to launching bold new features, you’ll shape, refine, and rev up our motor insurance offering, making sure it’s not only what the market needs today but also where Balcia wants to go tomorrow.

TO FIT HERE, YOU'LL NEED:

• Product management experience (insurance is a win, motor is a jackpot)
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• A sharp analytical mind and strategic decision-making skills
• A good grasp of regulatory rules and market dynamics
• Excellent Latvian + solid English (both written and spoken)
