HyperOps is a team of professionals providing DevOps and managed hosting services to companies and startups across Europe since 2004. We design, build and launch mission-critical online systems for best known fintech, telcom e-commerce and media companies. As we have a strong ambition to grow, we are looking for a new colleague to join the awesome team of passionate DevOps professionals to create unique software solutions.

Doing great things will include:

- Building and maintaining DevOps infrastructure for clients;

- Development, a configuration of orchestration, and support for CI / CD processes;

- Attending information-gathering meetings with clients;

- Responding, diagnosing, and solving incidents;

- Planning, implementation and/or coordination of a few technical projects simultaneously;

- Adapting solutions to automate routine processes for maximum efficiency;

- Learning new technologies, training, and implementing R&D.

Professional requirements:

- 2-5 years of DevOps experience - Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), SRE/System Administrator or similar background;

- Basic understanding of coding languages and frameworks;

- Hands-on competencies in working with monitoring and logging systems – Prometheus, ELK;

- Experience with Ansible, Pipelines, GitLab, Bitbucket, Docker,  systems backup, and similar tools;

- Basic understanding of IT hardware and network;

- Experience with databases.

Additional expectations for You (optional):

- Local residency of Vilnius or Kaunas;

- Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written);

- Knowledge and experience of DevOps on public clouds – AWS, AZURE, GCP;

- Willingness to personally advance in line with the latest technologies;

- Teamwork and brainstorming on general team assignments and strategic projects;

- Professional attitude towards tasks, results, and communication with clients and the team.
