About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Key Account Manager to join our Priority Clients team. You’ll manage a select portfolio of high-value clients while driving growth with Lithuania’s TOP 100 companies. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives in building executive-level relationships and closing complex IT deals.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and identify project-based opportunities.
  • Lead strategic QBR meetings.
  • Acquire and develop new opportunities with strategic Lithuanian enterprises.
  • Represent the company at VIP events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Negotiate contracts and present tailored IT solutions to decision-makers.


Qualifications

  • At least 5–7 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within IT solutions or related industries.


Required Skills

  • Driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with C-level executives.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT solutions: cloud, networks, managed services, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience working with Lithuania’s leading enterprises across sectors (retail, fintech, logistics, manufacturing, tech).
  • Track record in managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.


Pay Range and Compensation Package

  • Fixed salary: €3,300- €4200 gross plus performance bonuses
