We’re looking for a Copilot UX Specialist to craft intuitive AI experiences, drive adoption, and elevate UX across our projects.


What you’ll do

  • Design Copilot-first experiences: map user journeys, conversation flows, and UI patterns so Copilot feels natural, helpful, and in control.
  • Partner end-to-end: collaborate with product owners, engineers, data/AI teams, and governance leads to deliver high-quality experiences at scale in Microsoft 365.
  • Prompt & context design: create reusable prompt patterns, grounding strategies, and conversational flows that maximize Copilot’s value.
  • Research & validate: run user research, analyze real interactions, test prototypes, and continuously refine experiences.
  • Standard UX practice: lead discovery, information architecture, wireframes, prototyping (Figma), usability testing, accessibility checks, and contribute to design systems.
  • Evangelize & inspire: showcase best practices and innovative scenarios that accelerate Copilot adoption for our clients.


What you bring

  • Solid background in UX/UI or Product Design with a portfolio covering end-to-end case studies (research → design → results).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform (or strong interest to dive in fast).
  • Mastery of Design Thinking, prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD), and user-centered research.
  • Curiosity for Generative AI & conversational UX (prompt design, error states, transparency).
  • Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, comfortable leading workshops and client sessions.
